Paying My Rent

Primus Realty are excited to offer our tenants more options for paying their rent.
Please find below a list of the payment methods accepted by our office.

Please note that rent must be received by the due date. To avoid falling into arrears please be sure to account for the days it may take for an internet transfer to reach Primus Realty or the time it may take for a cheque to clear. If you think your rent might be late please contact our office on (08) 9368 1855 to advise one of our friendly staff

    Contact your bank to arrange a direct debit to pay your rent

    Identify payment with surname and street address

  • Personal cheque

    Personal cheques not accepted for initial moving in costs

    We also accept Australia Post money orders

Pay online or over the phone through the Rental Rewards system. The Rental Rewards system is an exciting concept that allows you to conveniently and securely pay your rent twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Direct debit

Contact your bank to arrange a direct debit to pay your rent. No more worrying about when your rent is due – it’s all done for you. Please make sure the bank identifies your payment with your surname and street address to ensure it is allocated directly.
