Daina’s Real Estate career has spanned thirty five years. First starting out as a property manager in 1976 managing properties in the Perth CBD and surrounding areas she subsequently worked as a Property Manager in the Western Suburbs and South of the river. She has also worked as an accommodation manager with Homes West for several years and has gained a wealth of experience with a wide range of Landlords, Tenants and Government agencies.
In 1992 Daina obtained an Advanced Certificate in Business (Real Estate) and was successful in applying and being granted a Triennial Certificate in February 2003.
Daina has been instrumental in overseeing the growth of Primus Realty over the past ten years and continues to be hands on in the day to day running of the business and management of the rental portfolio. When you list your property with Primus Realty you can be confident in knowing that the management of your property is being overseen by the Licensee, who has a strong work ethic, experience and eye for detail.
In her spare time Daina regularly attends pilates and has recently adopted seven chickens, which she treats like her children.
Amber began her career in Real Estate at the age of eighteen, starting in reception at a large franchise. In 2004 Amber joined forces with Daina at Primus Realty.
Her organisation skills (often referred to as obsessive) established the systems and procedures that are now firmly in place which ensure your property is managed to the highest of standards and in compliance with legislative requirements.
Her expert knowledge is an asset to the business having graduated from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property and Commercial Law and a Post Graduate Certificate in Property Valuation.
Amber is looking forward to as long career in the Real Estate Industry and thrives on the challenges thrown at her on a daily basis. She believes that you can never stop learning and loves working in a role that is forever stimulating and rewarding.
Senior Licensed Property Manager / Maintenance “Guru”
Georgia joined the team at Primus Realty in 2006, in an assistant role, she soon realised Real Estate was her passion and completed her Property Managers Registration in 2007.
Craving responsibility, Georgia soon took on the role as Maintenance Department manager at Primus Realty and has built strong, lasting relationships with all our licensed tradespeople, ensuring Tenant maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly while ensuring our Landlords do not incur unnecessary expenses.
Throughout the years she has gained the knowledge and experience to handle any situation that is thrown her way and her problem solving skills are highly valued. Her close relationship with our tradespeople is highly regarded and key to resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
As well as handling the Maintenance Department Georgia is experienced in all aspects of Property Management and is involved in the day to day management of the office.
Licensed Property Manager
Lisa Wood is a qualified property manager and commenced working at Primus Realty in February 2006 after a long career in advertising, including eight years with the Yellow Pages.
Having known both Daina & Amber for twelve years it was easy to fit into the office and become part of the Primus team.
Lisa works three to four days per week and takes pride in maintaining a low percentage of rent arrears, initiating and following up on insurance claims, checking prospective tenant applications and other general office duties.
Lisa will normally be your first point of call when contacting Primus Realty as she mans our busy reception area.
Licensed Property Manager
Kristina has worked casually at Primus Realty for several years in between her busy schedule.
Graduating from Penrhos College in 2011 where she was a member of the Class Student Council and now between classes at Curtin University where she is completing a Double Major in Economics and International Relations and is hoping to gain entrance as into the honours program to further her studies.
Kristina has always loved working in the family business and enjoys the sense of community. At the age of eighteen she completed her Property Manager qualifications through REIWA and looks forward to learning more about the Real Estate industry.
Kristina’s main roles include completing property condition reports, holding home opens, routine inspections, account entry and assisting in any way she can in the office.
In her spare time Kristina loves to cook, plays netball and is an avid cat lover.
Assistant Property Manager
Ashleigh North joined the Primus Realty team in September 2014 as an Assistant Property Manager. Her main roles include holding home opens, preparing lease agreements, processing prospective tenant applications and assisting the senior property management team.
After graduating from Saint Norbert College in 2013 where she did work experience at a small real estate agency, Ashleigh realised that she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Her personality is particularly suited to Property management due to her love of a challenge, organisational skills and willingness to learn new things.
Ashleigh is looking forward to completing her Property Management Registration course in 2015 and developing the skills required for a long career in Real Estate.
